I bought this rug thinking it would keep my horse properly warm, but it didn’t really do the job. The filling feels thin, and on just a normal cold night he was still chilly. It looks decent enough, no big issue there, but warmth-wise it’s just not up to much. For the price, I expected a lot better.

In the end, it just wasn’t really my style. I wanted to like it, but the designs felt a little dated to me and didn’t quite match what I was looking for.

I was a little worried I might be getting fooled by the low price, but I grabbed it on sale and it turned out to be worth it. For what I paid, I’m happy with it.

I had a problem with one of the rugs and thought the warranty process would be straightforward, but it wasn’t. There was a lot of back and forth, and the replies was slow. A few pages loaded kind of slowly, and the filters weren’t always great, well, not bad exactly, just not as helpful as I expected, so I ended up clicking around more than I wanted. Checkout was simple, though, which I appreciated. Not a bad experience, just a few small things that could be smoother.

I bought this WeatherBeeta turnout rug because I needed something waterproof, which feels like a basic thing to expect when that’s what it says on the label. After just one rainy night, my horse was damp over his back and shoulders, and it definitely wasn’t just a tiny bit of moisture.

I emailed customer service and, thankfully, they got back to me quickly and sorted it out without a bunch of back and forth. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the tracking update was still a little slow after that. Overall, good service and no major drama

The rug itself seems decent quality, so that wasn’t really the issue, but the sizing info could definitely be more accurate. Having to sort out a return was a hassle, and on top of that the reminders/messages felt aggressive, which just made the whole thing more annoying.

Got my refund in the end, so it all worked out. It did take a bit longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating, but once it was sorted I didn’t have any other issues.

I’d say my experience was mostly okay. Fine. They seemed reliable for the most part, but there were a couple of small things that made me pause. Hmm. I’d trust them, just not completely without double-checking a few details.

I noticed my horse started getting sweaty fast while using this. It just doesn’t seem as breathable as I was hoping. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I bought a rug from weatherbeeta.com.au and I’ve got to say, the fabric feels really strong and well made. My horse is not exactly gentle with his gear, and somehow this one is holding up better than a few others I’ve spent money on. It doesn’t have that thin, cheap feel some rugs seem to get away with, and after a few wet days it still looks good. I’m really happy with it so far.

I bought this turnout rug for my mare and, i had a good feeling about it when I ordered. So far she seems really comfy in it, and there’s been no rubbing on her shoulders, which was the big thing I was worried about. I’ve learned to trust my instinct with horse gear, and this one feels like a good buy. Only knocked a star off because the delivery was a bit slower than expected.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying this: the straps and buckles feel cheap. Mine broke after only the second use, so I definitely wouldn’t trust it for anything you need to rely on.
